B. Payment terms: T/T. 30% in advance after order confirmed, 70% in balance before shipment.
C. Delivery time: To effect shipment within 7 days after the receipt of deposit.
D.Warranty time: 1 year. During the warranty time, any defective caused by product's quality,CHNHC has responsibility to offer free spare parts to customers freely and bear the delivery cost for DHL or TNT Carrier.

A4: The complex installation is already finished before delivery, what you need to
do is finishing the simple procedures according to the installation instructions.

A5: Commonly the lead time will be within 7 working days after receiving 30% deposit by T/T.
