Rotated Lifting Unit:

Cassette
1. Much larger baking area is attained by the special cassette design;
2. Cambered surface baking can be reached by angle adjustment of the 2 side cassettes;
3. All aluminum alloy cassette ensure stronger feature and more heat dissipation;
4. 6pcs of shortwave infrared tubes of 430mm length are equipped; the total power is 6×1KW;
5. Temperature can reach 50ºC~80ºC after 8~15min;
6. Baking area is 0.5×1.8 when 3 cassettes are on the same level;
7. Baking distance is 0.5~0.8m.
Rails and Power Supply Unit
1. All rails are made of industrialgrade aluminum alloy;
2. "#" shape installation makes the infrared curing lamp reaching everywhere inside cabin;
3. Adjustable damping moving structure makes the infrared curing lamp stopping even if the cabin roof is not leveled;
4. Flexible cable/ towline cable are applied to make it antiexplosion.
Warranty
The goods are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of receipt, except for the lamps, which are guaranteed for 8000 hours. It cannot be applied for damages caused by negligence of operations or mishandling of the machine.
