The welding positioner can realize the 0-360dgr rotation of the workpiece and the 0-90dgr inversion and tilt, so that the workpiece(pipe,vessel,tank,flange) to be welded is placed in the best welding position for automatic welding of the workpiece.In addition to welding, the adjustable welding positioner can also be used for cutting, grinding, assembly, testing and other processes.
The welding positioner is mainly composed of electrical control box, left and right side plates, flange, drive box, worm gear, manual locking device, drive motor, reducer, and grounding device.
1. This machine adopts the DC motor imported from Taiwan (with braking function), and there is no problem of inertial positioning.
2. The axis of the turntable of the machine adopts the design of the central bearing hole
3. The surface of the plate is made of ductile iron, which is not deformed and is equipped with a slot for assembling the fixture.
4. The inclination mechanism of the disc surface of the machine adopts the design of worm gear and worm, which is easy to adjust the angle and the inclination angle is accurate.
5. The grounding group is composed of copper alloy carbon brushes, so that it is not easy to break the arc during welding.

1. There are four screw positioning holes at the bottom of the two side panels of the machine, which is easy to install.
2. Make sure that the grounding copper block of the machine and the base metal wire of the welding machine are firmly connected.
3. Check whether the input power of the power supply is consistent with the marked voltage of the Adjustable welding positioner. After confirmation, fix the workpiece to be welded on the disk surface to ensure the concentricity of the product, and adjust the corresponding position of the welding torch and the workpiece to be welded.
4. According to the required welding angle of the workpiece, adjust the disk surface to the required angle with the handwheel.
5. After adjusting the position, connect one end of the connecting line of the welding machine to the control box, and the other end to the switch control part of the welding machine, and then turn on the power before welding.
