Welding rotator is mainly used for assembly and welding of cylindrical and oblate workpieces.
By adjusting the height and spacing of the welding roller rotator, the assembly of the workpiece and the welding of inner and outer circumferential seams or longitudinal seams are completed.
For some non-circular weldments, it can be clamped in a special ring clamp, and then placed on the welding roller frame for welding.

The maintenance of the welding roller frame should pay attention to the following points:
1. First check whether the external surrounding environment of the welding turning rolls meets the requirements and whether there is any interference from debris;
2. No-load operation under power-on condition, no abnormal noise, vibration and odor;
3. Check whether the bolts of each mechanical connection of Tank welding rotator are loose, if so, they can be used after tightening;
4. Whether there is any debris on the electric guide rail of the Moving type fit up welding rotator, and whether the hydraulic system is running normally;

9. When using, the roller should contact the workpiece, and it is strictly forbidden to contact the welding seam or sharp parts. When lifting the workpiece, it is strictly forbidden to hit the roller to avoid damage to the roller or other parts.
