The hydraulic fitting up welding rollers is composed of a 60T hydraulic fit up roattor and a 60T welding walking type roller rotator, which is mainly used for the assembly and welding of two double-section cylinders.
The hydraulic fit up welding roller rotator is to adjust the position of the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic group to the roller rotator, that is, the center distance and center height of the roller seat, so that the tank or pipe can be moved up, down, left and right, and it can be connected with the welding walking roller frame.
When used together, it can adjust the butt gap and misalignment on the weld side of the two cylinders to meet the requirements of assembling and welding.

3.The active roller frame is driven by two wheels. A manual locking wheel device is arranged in the walking mechanism. When the wheel is in position, the wheel can be locked manually to prevent the trolley from moving by itself.
