Hydraulic Fit-up Turning Rolls are mainly used for cylinder assembly.
Each set of fit up rotators consists of a single-section cylinder assembly system, a rotary system, guide rails, a hydraulic system, an electrical control system, and an operating system.
How do Hydraulic Fit-up Turning Rolls work?
1.Hydraulic Fit-up Turning rotators use the hydraulic system to realize the adjustment of the up and down, left and right, front and back, and misalignment of the cylinder joints, and can perform precise stepless adjustments to the gap between the pair, the position of the welding joint, and the misalignment.
2.Each set of the hydraulic group roller frame is composed of two identical driven frames, and each driven roller frame is equipped with two sets of hydraulic cylinders to drive the roller assembly system, and the hydraulic cylinder is used to adjust the center distance of the roller assembly or to move a certain roller assembly.
