30L Centrifugal Tumbling Polishing Drum

Kafan Centrifugal Tumbling Polishing Drum offers High Energy precision deburring and polishing with a wide range of speeds, centrifugal tumbling action provides a quick removal of heavy burrs, sharp edges or thick contaminants, which creates safe and shiny surfaces of various industry parts. Four barrels are mounted at the periphery of a large turret. Each barrel is loaded to approximately  50 - 80% full with media, parts and water. During operation, rotation of the turret creates force on the media and parts inside each barrel. The force reduces the cycle time needed to complete the finishing of the parts by up to a factor of 10-20 over conventional vibratory and barrel finishing.

4. The drum operation can be divided into a drum detachable type and a roll-on fixed type (automatic material dumping device).
