Software functions
The self-developed program softwrare provides four test methods. It can automatically combine the pressure plate to zero and set the deviation range in advance to judge automatically whether the spring is qualified or not. With mechanical, program overload protection. Test data can be queried, saved and printed.
Electrical parts
The display screen uses industrial-grade LCD screen, long life, stable performance, wide viewing angle, etc. Main control chip, displacement sensor, load sensor and other electronic components are selected international famous brands.
Mechanical parts
1. Mechanical parts have high processing precision, sufficient material, and high stiffness
2. The pressure plate is processed by grinding machine, and the parallelism is less than O.lmm.
3. The pressure plate has a high hardness by quenching.
4. Screw, optical axis and other parts are higher than ordinary universal tensile
machine, the strength of column is high, which can reduce the error of spring test.
Application:
It can be used for precise testing and analysis of the tension, pressure, displacement and stiffness of various cylindrical spring, disc sprinιtower spring, circlip, flake spring, deformed and other precision spring.
Test standard:
The spring tension tester described below are produced according to technical requirements of standards of machinery industry of the People's Republic of China JB/T 7796-2005 Tension and compression spring testing machines and ns B7738-2001 Compression and tension disc spring testing machines. And it is calibrated according to JJFI 134-2005 Calibration Specification for Working Force Measuring Machine for Special Purposes.
