Working principle:
1) The hydraulic lift basket sand mill (grinder) is used to disperse and grind the materials .At the entrance of the grinding basket, there is a self-priming impeller.
2) The impeller rotates at a high speed to produce a strong vortex to speed up the feeding process,
3) After grinding, materials get out from the bottom of the grinding basket.
4) Under the grinding basket there is a high-speed dispersion plate, It can enhances its mixing and grinding efficiency.
Perform features:
No additional pumps, pipes and valves, add a little grinding media, grinding cylinder cooling or heating, high viscosity material also can ensure the circular grinding effect. Equipment is equipped with intelligent control cabinet, convenient operation.

After-sales service process will start once our clients receive the goods. LongXing had
established &standardized the after-sales service management system. In addition, LongXing also
efficiently supervise and manage the whole after-sales service system.
Warranty
The warranty is one year. Since clients confirm they received the goods, we'll provided free
replacement spare parts for the damaged components (except the damages caused by wrong operation) , which we'll deliver through FedEX,UPS, by air, by sea.
Maintenance
Lifelong maintenance.LongXing provides English operation manual to instruct how t o install&
maintain. If client have any technical question, we will provide instruction by phone, email, etc.
Installation
LongXing provides you with the overall installation of complicated machines, or customized equipment, or complete production line. After installation, we will make inspection of the whole machine, operate equipment, and provide you with testing reports of installation.
Training
Our client can install the machine according to manual book provided by LongXing, or before delivery, customers can come to LongXing factory and have training how to operate and maintain the equipment, or our engineer is available to instruct in on-site
