Industrial welding fume collectors and ATEX type for explosive fume and dust 

Features

1. The air purifier applies to all kinds of fume extractor caused by welding,  grinding, as well as recycling of
     rare metals, precious materials, etc  

2.  For the potential of fire and molten slag particles, three protective measures are used inside fume extractor ,
     to make it a longer life, more secure and reliable. They are suction hood mesh, top cover stainless steel
     sintering mesh and metal plate front filter cartridge. 

3.  KSZ series uses PLC automatic control makes operation easy. The filter reverse blowing pipe rotates inside
     filter cartridge by compressed air, it comes ture automatic cleaning in all directions, so that there is a more
     thorough cleaning filter surface.

4. With large air volume, low noise and better capture effect. Suction hose uses the real anti-temperature, wear-
    resistant compounded materials, without crack and damage for sparks but  longer life.

Application 

1. Thick steel plate welding will produce large fume, KSZ-3.0D1 2800  m3/h air flow will meet this working
     condition. 

2. Small power ( under 2000W)  and size laser cutting table, it has two pieces filters. 

3. Explosion-proof type dust disposal of air flow requirement under 2800 m3/h.
