Gas dust gets into the ash bucket through the inlet, then through the open- flanged inlet enters the the filter bag where the gas will be filtered and gets to clean air chamber, then discharged by the fan. Dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter bag increasingly, adding resistance for bag to collect dust. So the dust on the filter bag need to get removed to periodically to keep the resistance less than 1200Pa.The dust dislodgement is a procedure that the program controller starts- up pulse valve in order regularly, pushing the compression air (0.5~0.7MPa) through the spray pipe out(this is called primary air ) , and then by the inducement of venturi, the air around the primary air (this is called secondary air), which is several times higher than primary in pressure, will enter filter bags and makes filter bags dilate in moments sharply, the dust will be shaken off with the anti-direction function of airflow, the attached dust will fall into ash bucket immediately, the dust will be discharged through the ash valve, then we can achieve the purpose of dust dislodgement.
