High voltage electrostatic precipitator has the characteristics of low resistance, uniform air distribution, stable operation and high dust removal efficiency and it is more widely adaptable to the captured dust. At the same time, an appropriate pre-charged electrode is added at the entrance, which can achieve high dust removal efficiency with a short electric field. The whole electric field is firm and reliable, easy to install, adjust and maintain. It is an ideal dust removal equipment for small and medium-sized enterprises. Electrostatic precipitator is widely used in cement, building materials, metallurgy and chemical industry, electric power, mining, pharmaceutical, papermaking and other industries waste gas treatment.

Working Principle
 

High voltage electrostatic precipitator is the electrostatic force generated by high voltage electric field to separate the dust charge in the flue gas from the air stream. The dust charge moves to the negative and anode respectively and sticks to them, and then the dust is vibrated and cleaned by the vibration device, so that the accumulated dust falls into the dust hopper.

Technology introduction

1. Ionization of Gas

When the gas molecules get a certain amount of energy, they will be separated into electrons, positive ions and negative ions so that the gas becomes a conductor. This process of making a gas electrically conductive is called ionization of the gas. The ionization of gases can be divided into spontaneous ionization and non-spontaneous ionization. The spontaneous ionization of gas is produced under the action of high voltage electric field. When the voltage between the two poles of the electric field reaches about lOkW/cm, the gas can spontaneously ionize electrons and ions.

 

 


2. Principle of Electrostatic Dust Removal

When the voltage increases to a certain value, the electric field strength near the cathode forces the gas to collide and ionize, forming a large number of positive and negative ions. Discharge to the conveying machinery through the ash discharge device.
