The dust removal fog gun machine uses the principle of a fan to convert water into 50-200 micron water mist, forming a
high-distance range jet into the air, combining with particulate dust to increase its weight, and sinking dust particles to
achieve haze control and dust suppression effect. It can rotate 360°, there are no blind spots for sprinkling, uniform spraying,
low water consumption, no large area of water, and can achieve the ideal dust reduction effect.
Fog cannon machine is composed of water tank, water pipe, plunger pump, nozzle, fan, generator set (gasoline or diesel),
horizontal steering device, vertical pitch device, electric control box, remote control, etc.
According to the principle of air delivery, the imported high-pressure pump and the fine atomizing nozzle are used to atomize
the water, and then the air volume and pressure of the fan are used to send the atomized water mist to a longer distance, so
that the water mist can reach a longer distance while covering more distances. In a large area, the water mist and dust fall
down after condensation to achieve the purpose of dust reduction.
