Principle:

Dust enters the cylinder through the air inlet. Due to the principle of inertia or the suction effect of the induced draft fan, the dust is adsorbed on the cloth bag. Over time, the bag becomes more and more dusty, which increases and compresses the air into the bag, which increases the resistance of the bag (filter), resulting in a progressive decrease in air handling capacity. For normal work, it is necessary to clean the bag and dust. When the pulse controller triggers the control valve to open the pulse valve in turn, the compressed air in the air box is sprayed into the corresponding cloth bag through the venturi tube, and the cloth bag expands rapidly in an instant, so that the surface of the dust-accumulating cloth bag (filter cartridge) falls off and the cloth bag is regenerated. Dust falls into mixing tank or ash storage room.
