The welding fume purifier is easy of installation, and has no technical requirements when the customer install and use it. The flexible extraction arm is made from high quality material of PVC and steel wire, which is anti-corrosion, heat-resistant of up to 140°C. It can swivel 360º and can be brought in any desired direction without additional support. It is equipped with the damper to adjust the wind. It is equipped with the caster wheels and can be freely mobile to meet the requirements of different work places.
The purified gas can meet the standard requirements and can enter into work room or indoor place, which is helpful to keep the room close, maintain the temperature and be convenient for work.
Operating Principle:
Under the help of the fan device, the welding fume is sucked into inlet through multi-direction sucking hood. There is the flame arrester in the inlet, so the spark can be blocked here, and the left fume and dust is sucked into gravity separator. The bigger paticiles firstly descend into dust bag. The smaller particles is arrested in the surface of core filter. The cleaner gas then flow into clean room after being purified by core filter. In clean room, the clean gas is then further purified by active carbon. At last, the gas meets the required standards and enter into air or other required room.

2. The filter cartridge adopts imported brand coated filter paper, with a service life of up to 6000 hours, and can purify 0.3 micron dust particles. The same applies to wet and sticky dust particles;
3. The upgraded version of the aluminum alloy universal suction arm can move freely and hover arbitrarily, collecting flue gas dust from the place where the dust occurs, which improves the dust collection rate and ensures the health of the workers.
4. Three-level protection measures are adopted for Mars and large particle slag equipment to avoid fire hazards from the source and improve the service life of welding smoke purifiers;
5. The purified clean air is evenly guided and dispersed from the direction of the exhaust vent, and the noise is effectively controlled within the standard range;
6. Equipped with special Korean-style universal castors with brakes, the movement and positioning of the equipment is more convenient.
