The volume of the tank is about 24 cubic meters, and that of the clean water tank is about 4 cubic meters. Both the tank body and the head are made of 8 mm carbon steel plate. The tank body adopts the design structure of front lifting without auxiliary beam and then overturning. The inner part is equipped with wave plate and the outer part is equipped with stiffeners.
The back cover of the tank can be opened or closed by the hydraulic cylinders on both sides of the tank. The left and right sides of the tank back cover are equipped with 4 sets of hydraulic locking and 4 sets of manual locking. There is an access port at the top of the tank, a 4-inch suction port and a 6-inch drain port at the tail.
Skeleton part: straight beam, narrow front and high back, two axle semi-trailer structure, 13T Fuhua bridge frame, single point suspension, 90 traction pin, 12r22.5 tire, including spare tire.
Pump system: Italian vacuum pump (optional water circulating pump suction unit), with anti overflow valve, safety relief valve, vacuum relief valve and other components, equipped with Weichai engine (driving the vacuum pump to work, floating high flow high pressure pump with 60m high pressure pipe).
