This container dump trailer is made by welding the longitudinal beam, cross beam, and the front and back beam. The main components of this container skeletal semi trailer include chassis, axles, tyres, suspension system, steel rims, and electrical system.

The dump container semi trailer possesses a light weight, which can help to reduce the oil consumption and many other costs during the transportation process.

The middle locking device part of the container is fitted with the integral type long cross beam so that the loading capacity of the locking device can be enhanced.

Its longitudinal beam is made of high-quality steel plate which has been made into H-shape after submerged arc wielding treatment; The cross beam is also made of high-quality steel plate that has been pressed into groove type; And the front and back beams are of welded rectangle section.

The difference between the flatbed and skeletal semi trailer lies in that the flatbed one is designed with frames and floor with decorative patterns. And this kind of container skeletal semi trailer has utilized the chassis which has been treated by shot blasting process and is assembled and welded on the special positioning stand. As a result, this trailer has a rational structure, high strength, and a beautiful appearance. There is also a tightening device on the chassis, thus enabling the vehicle to load containers of 40feet and 20 feet. The fixed-type structure has been used in the four container tightening devices in the front and back part, and the middle container tightening device is hideable. When loading containers, the middle container tightening device can be lowered below the loading surface. Mechanical loading device can be used to support the front loading part of the trailer when the towing device is disconnected with the trailer.
