THINKWELL Story:
Thinkwell engaged in manufacturing Cargo Hooks, Shackles and other rigging hardware since 2002,when it was called Xintai Rigging. The small factory obtained import-export operation right and changed name to be Qingdao Thinkwell Hardware&Machinery Co.,ltd from 2011 to seize the business chance in internet era. In 2014, Thinkwell achieved great success when it broke the single production structure(rigging only) and began to invloved in forging electric power fittings. From 2015, the company researched and developed new series of trailer hitch accessories according to markets' demonds, and accessed the products' design patents. Today, Thinkwell focus more on customer service and exporting business ,based on the diversify production structure , stronger sales and QC team.
1. Tensile Strength Test is necessary for each batch. Detailed test report and pictures can be provided after order placed.
2.Surface tolerance, zinc finish, painting finish also be tested according to customers' different requirements.
3.Products' weight is under a reasonable tolerance.
4.Each parts' dimension is always according to the technical drawing and international tolerance standard.
5.Harness testinng also can be provided if you prefer.
6.Salt spray testing is for customers with the most strict quality control requirement, pls pay attention, this testing needs extra testing charges.
7.Chemical anyalisis is rare very much from customers' requirements, can be provided, also needs extra testing charges.

Regular package:
carton with pallet.
Pallet included iron pallet, regular wooden pallet and non-fumigation pallet.
Plastic film inside with iron cage is for items with a large cubic, and irregular shape.
Wooden case is high quality to accept more than 1.2ton goods.
Package goods according to customers' different requirements is no problem.( Regular package is for free, customzies package needs extra charges according to the truth package cost)
