1. Corner casting should be manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of ISO-1161
2. Otherwise unspecified costing corner are R3.
3.The surfaces of corner casting ore permitted to have defects such as sandhales cinderholes, and gashales which should
conform to the following requirements:
a.The depth of defect should not be more than 1mm, and the single defect area should not be more than 5x5(mm) the numbers of the above defects should not be more than 3.
b.The total area of the defects should not be mare than 3% of the area where they are located.
4. Every two volts with hole should be perpendicular to each other, and the perpendicularity should be 1mm.
5. The chamfer 6.5x45°of the hole Ø124x63.5 and the exterior corner R3 are allowed to be filled smoothly
6. The casting should be stamped.
7. The casting should be heat treated.
