Heavy duty metal warehouse pallet racking is generally applicable to the tire industry of auto parts factory. The tire shelf is designed by the factory for the auto parts company.
The 80" x 80" Truck Tire Stacking Rack is designed for barrel stacked storage of heavy truck, bus, farm & mining machinery tires. Its large base can accommodate 4 stacks of 5 tires of up to 44" OD or a single stack of 2-3 OTR tires of up to 100" OD. It is ideal for TBR tire manufacturers, distributors as well as for the government/public sector/commercial fleets. Robotically welded, you can trust that this rack is both solid and built to last. When empty, simply remove the posts and stack up to 20 pcs TR-02 to save space.

Each pallet can store 5 stacks for tires under 16 inches and 4 stacks for tires over 17 inches. This is one of the most economical tyre storage systems, especially in terms of initial cost. It is also the most popular storage system in the United States. In addition, the molular rack system can be used to meet other storage requirements.
