Wire Mesh Decking consists of wire decking with support tube under, the wire decking are made of high-quality cold drawn iron wire by butt welding to form a mesh with mesh of 50*50 or 50*100mm and wire diameter of 4.0, 5.0 or 6.0mm. The bottom is strengthened by welding stiffeners, and both sides are bent and placed on the shelf beam to ensure the safety of goods.
It can store goods at 300kg to 1500kg per level. The surface treatment is generally galvanized, and the surface powder coating can also be carried out according to special requirements. Wire Mesh Decking is suitable for storing of boxes or loosen goods. Compared with the wooden board on shelf, the wire decking has the same economy, but it is firmer and more load-bearing than the wooden board, and it is much more economical than the steel sheet on shelf.
At the same time, the size can be customized according to customer requirements. The decking width generally vary from 800mm to 1350mm. The depth is decided by the racking frame's depth. Compared with the conventional 2.4*1.2m wooden board and the iron plate with established size, the size limit of raw materials is smaller and the loss of production materials is smaller. It is the best choice to replace the wooden board and the steel sheet that can be placed on shelf.
