1. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Jinhu County, Jiangsu Province, China, close to Nanjing. You can fly to Nanjing or Shanghai airport directly. You are warmly welcome to visit us whenever you are available!
2. Q: Are samples available?
A: Yes. Samples are free of charge, but international courier costs to be borne by clients.
3. Q: What is the term of payment?
A: As general, 50% T/T down payment and balance before shipping.
4. Q: What is delivery times?
A: It depends on the order quantity and racking types. Generally within two weeks.
5. Q: Which port will be used as loading port?
A: Nanjing port, the closest port to us, is recommended strongly as loading port. Shanghai port is also available, but not recommended because of much higher in-land trucking transportation costs from our factory.
6. Q: Is Galvanised Finish available for pallet racks?
A: Yes. Pallet raking posts and bracings are available with galvanized finish.
7. Q: How can I get your quick quotation on my pallet racking project?
A: As different clients and projects have different needs of racking dimensions and specification, as general, for quick quotation, we need to know following info,
¨ 1)- layout of your warehouse(if available) of length x width x clear height
¨ 2)- height of rack
¨ 3)- door site
¨ 4)- the size and weight of the pallet (after loading)
¨ 5)- forklift access size
¨ 6)- levels you would like
