2. EP 24hours Service system: Any quality claim or question from EP customers will be replied by EP service man within 24 hours, to assure all customers get a quick feedback from EP for their problem.
3. EP 48hours Service system: Once quality claim from customers are accepted by EP, we will arrange to send spare part to them for free within 48hours, to guarantee a strong spare parts supporting for customers.
4. EP Online Service system: EP is the only factory in China to issue online service system for customers, It includes Online Claim system, Online Technique system, Online Forklift tracking system, Online spare parts order system, Customers can submit their quality claim, ask technique help, Tracking their forklifts and Order spare parts online easily, All this will be replied by EP service man within 24hours.
5. Free Training System: EP supply a free training for customers to help them know better about the quality of EP forklifts, and also its performance.
