  Plastic pallet introduction

1. Plastic pallet is made of  high density polyethylene (HDPE). 

2. HDPE material is hard, cold&heat resistant, acid&alkali resistant, high chemical stability, non-toxic.

3. Plastic pallet has single side and double side, the surface has mesh or flat type, and bottom has H, T
    and J type.

4.  Plastic pallet has static load, dynamic load and load on rack. 

    Static load is the maximum load of the bottom pallet when they are atacked into multi-layers.

    Dynamic load is the maximum load of the pallet when it is carried by hydraulic truck or forklift.

    Load on rack is the maximum load of the pallet when is it placed on the racking system.

We have mature and complete industrial chain, including raw material approach, production process, cost control, finished product inspection, convenient logistics and efficient production capacity. 1, the company's QC personnel accounted for than the 8%, in the raw material, each batch of raw materials entering the need to melt flow rate of detection, if qualified, we will make a sample and professional computer monitoring samples of tensile properties, flexural properties and impact resistance performance. If qualified, we will test the ash of raw materials. If qualified, we will decide to use raw materials for production.

2, the production process, we will retain the first production out of the products, and conduct a rigorous testing, after passing the seal, the follow-up of the products must be consistent. (the specific detection method follow-up will we will detail)

3, after the completion of production, we will carry out a series of tests:
1) the weight error of each product is not more than 0.5KG.
2) at 1M height of the fall, no deformation, in the 1.5M height of 3 times, no debris falling.
3) outward appearance, the same batch of products without color difference, slip and drainage function.
4) if you need to use on the shelf, we will do a load test on the shelf, the amount of deformation within 48 hours <2MM
5) if used in freezing conditions, we will for freezing experiments, place 24 hours at - 20 degrees Celsius, repeat above steps.
