Mooring buoy is a sealed buoy provided on the water for mooring ships. It consists of a buoy, an anchor chain and an anchor. The pontoon is fixed on the water surface by anchor chains and anchors. The pontoon has mooring rings and steel shackles for mooring of the ship. A special mooring boat assists the ship in mooring. In the case of single buoy mooring, the ship will drift around the pontoon due to wind and current. For this reason, double buoys are used for mooring in the port, that is, one buoy is attached to each of the head and tail cables, and the ship can be stabilized on the surface.

100% closed cell macromolecule elastic foam. They mainly are 100% closed cell EVA foam, according to targeted use. EVA foams are resilient, closed cells to avoid water absorption and are produced either by rolls or blocks. Those elements are glued or thermobounded to constitute monolithic cocon or core, then tooled to requested shape before being encapsulated by tough reinforced SPUA coating matrix as here under.
SUPA High-tech ElastomerTechnical reinforcement cord fabric
They are applied according to building rules of soft composites reinforcement to strengthen the"matrix"and constitute the encapsulating coating for Zhonghaike's fenders, buoys and floats, etc. The main reinforcement fabric in Zhonghaike is 1480dtex/3 chinlon tyre cord, which is widely used in pneumatic fender and tire products.
