- Production surface and nr of production workers Abelly has two workshops, one is for CNC machining and another is for autowelding and also manual welding.
- Production equipment: cranes (type, size and max weight), welding machines (type power and number), drill, saw
Abelly has 2x10 tons cranes in workshops,
CNC machines: max 60m CNC machine and 3 pcs 30m CNC machines and some machines ( bending, sawing, drilling )
auto welding machine: 2 pcs 120m welding robot and 2 pcs 35m welding robots
manual welders: 52 welders
IWE ( international welding engineer ) : 2 persons.
3. What materials do you use. We design in 6082 T6. Do you also supply the raw material (profiles)? Do you have any preferred profiles, in terms of availability and ease of use?
Abelly Has extrusion supplier, it can supply 6082 aluminum materials, max width is 600mm, we have the dies for gangway and bridges.
4. Maximum dimensions you can handle. The longest gangway we sell is 30m long in two halves (telescopic design)
Abelly supply 180 m ( it is like shape, each is 45m ) , normally we supply 40-55m with 3m width. for 30m, we also do this bridge.
5. Certified Quality System (General and Welding one) WPQ, PQR, WPS
Abelly has ISO 3824/ EN 15085/EN 1090 welding certificate for workshop, also we have the WPQ,PQR and WPS for bridge.
6. NDTs you can perform and/or your disposal to receive our inspectors
Abelly Comments: for NDTs, we also need third agent to make it. you can also ask your inspector to do it.
7. Best way to communicate designs (2D designs in pdf, dwg, 3D solid works…)
Abelly Comments: it is better to use 2D (dwg) to show all the dimension and 3D solid works for measure.
8. Usual incoterms you handle, typical delivery terms, preferred incoterms, payment ways…
Abelly Comments: normally FOB terms, the payment is 30% prepayment and 70% will be paid after we finished the project by T/T, you can arrange the third agent to make the inspection before delivery.
