Composite Manhole Cover
The main material is one kind of Fiberglass / Glass-fiber Reinforced Polyester (FRP / GRP), with supplementary materials, such as: calcium power, poly-styrene, reinforcing steel bar and etc., the process is compression moulding method, using special steel mould, pressurized by hydraulic pressure machine with heat 180~220 Degree.
More excellence for composite resin material:
1. Against theft: the Regenerated Resin material is no use for 2nd time, thus no recycled if stolen it
2. With good loading capacity, it has strength as steel products, but more tenacity, it will not brake into pieces
3. Long service working life than iron products'
4. Suitable for any temperature
5. The unit weight is lighter than iron material's at the same size & loading
6. Sealed better between the cover & frame than iron material product's, so, no noise pollution in using
