Product Introduction
1. The screw spike material is Q235-A steel, technical requirements should be consistent with GB700.
2. The upper thread screw spike is M24, the basic size shall comply with the provisions of GB196, making thread tolerances as specified in the GB197.
3. The lower part of the thread spiral spike for M25.6 x 6 - d24.0/25.6 threads, teeth as high as 3.25 - 00.25mm.
4. At the end of the spiral spike manufacturing according to the provisions of GB24.
5. One surface of the spiral spike burst fracture is not allowed to extend to the forging shaft.
6. The upper thread screw spike is not allowed with bumps and burr free running thread gauge, influence the use of double cusp, scratches and incomplete thread is not allowed.
7. The lower thread tooth shaped screw spike should be neat, threaded integrity, splitting traces is not allowed.
8. The spiral spike surface are not allowed to affect the use of the dent, burr, flash, burn and oxide skin.
9. Should be real spiral spike tension test, when the load is 130kN, no broken screw spike.
