a. The adjustable range of friction coefficient , it is applicable to various running speeds.
b. The composite brake shoe provides high abrasion resistance and long service life, so as to greatly reduce the workload of brake shoe replacement and save the costs of maintenance and operation.
c. Without sparks when braking, it can avoid the iron powders generated during wear-and-tear and relieve the impacts on electric equipment.
d. It is of light weight, so it can be replaced conveniently and easily.
e. It causes small abrasion and no thermal crack on the tread.
f. The lower friction coefficient at high speed maintains sufficient braking force, improves the braking performance and shortens the braking distance.
g. The friction coefficient index can be fully increased. The composite brake shoe is combined with the small-diameter braking cylinder to save compressed air. When braking on high slope areas continuously, it may shorten the air recharge time, so as to improve the wagon safety when running on high slope areas.
h. The composite brake shoe won't result in rough tread, so it could reduce the noise level by 8~10dB.
