HOW DOES AN FCEV WORK ?FCEVs are powdered by hydrogen and produce zero emissions. Hydrogen and oxygen combine within the fuel cell to produce electricity, which is directed into the electric motor and/or the battery to power the vehicle. While the drive systems are electric, driving range is provided by the hydrogen onboard the vehicle, not by batteries.
