WORKSHOP INTRODUCTION
Huaihai has biggest workshop in this industry for material cutting, bending, punching, welding, it has about 300 workers and daily production capacity of about 1600 units.the side is material stock area,rolling formation lines and auto robot welding over there.the other side areas is for cutting,bending,punching and semi-parts stock.
The material punching process uses 160 tons of auto feeding equipment,which makes a high precision processing,the processing efficiency increased 200-300 times than manual feeding,ensures the processing accuracy,improves the efficiency while also improving the material utilization.
These are 7 lines of rolling formation lines for side panels and 1 line for tool box.the use of rolling formation line greatly improves the processing precision and efficiency.
We largest auto-robot welding line in this industry in china. Totally we have more than 50 robot welding arms which reduces the labor intensity and standardizes the welding quality in mass production.
For the Painting Workshop, huge investment of more than 30 million RMB was put in to build this painting line with yearly output of 500,000 units, which includes two pretreatment electrophoresis line and two spraying and drying line.
