12 months is from the date of commissioning, or at the latest, 12 months from delivery.
After-sale service
1. When loading tractor, we will delivery some normal spare part and tools as free together with tractor, including tool box.
2. When the tractor have problem in warranty, pls take pictures as evidence. After make sure (the problem must not be caused by man-made destructive factors), we will send out the spare parts as
free at once. But freight is paid by customer.
3. After the warranty, the spare parts cost is paid by customer.
