1. Product Presentation---Workshop Handling Equipment
Handling Equipments are movable platforms used for the horizontal movement of materials, assemblies and other items. Originally designed for load transfer between overhead crane bays, they are now used to carry loads along assembly lines, carry an entire shift of production on and even as a stable movable machine base.
The equipment drive systems include gear reducer, axle drives and individual wheel drives. A typical unit is equipped with a hand held pendant control which is used by the operator to control the transfer car to move backward, forward along the track. With an average travel speed of 20m/min, an operator can walk along with the car to operate the unit. The pendant can be provided to be mounted on any of the 4 corners of the vehicle to allow the operator to walk along the leading end of the vehicle during operation. And our handling equipments are also available with semi-automatic and fully automatic control systems to meet the needs of specialized applications.

Based on modern plant and advanced production equipment, we can produce all kinds of handling equipment from 1-300 tons, our main products including BDG conductor rail equipment, BJT cable drum type, BHX safety sliding line type, BXC battery type, BTL towed cable type, BP non-power type, BQY train towed type, BWP trackless type and special type, such as turning cart, trackless cart, ladle car, hydraulic lifting car, ferry car, painting room car, blasting booth car, etc.
6. Custormer Visit
We design our special transfer cars for all kind of industries. We can manufacture them according to clients' specifications. For example, we can prepare them to be used in rails, with autonomous batteries or for special applications.
7. Packing and Shipping
For lenght is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.
If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
