Producing Equipment and Technology of Refrigerated Trucks
1. Adopt the technology and secial equipment of Kogel Fahrzeugwerke AG to produce the van panels with WET-IN-WET method and high pressure, vacuum workmanship.
2.The special press machine can meet various requirements of refrigerated & insulated bodies. The dimension of panel can be chosedn from the following range: Length 0-14750mm; Width 0-3200mm; Thickness 27-135mm.
3.The insulated body is formed by applying polyurethane adhesive to the joint area of the all-closed sandwich panels, which ensures the joint reliability and optimum insulation.
Product Characteristic
1.The van is made up of six panels, the front wall, two side walls, roof, floor and two rear portals.
2.Self-supporting body, without cross bars
3.Inside and outside skin are made of FRP, reinforced with Z-straps
4.The Freon-free foam has strong insulation properties
5.Without metallic elements=without heat conductivity
6.The bodies are watertight
7.The plastic elements are flame resistant
