Aerosun CGJ5128GXEEQBEV excrement collector/vacuum truck is mainly used for the sanitation department to suck and transport of excrement and other sewage. It is refitted on the chassis of class II truck. By manipulating the vacuum pump, a certain vacuum degree is obtained in the liquid tank, and then excrement is sucked into the tank. There are two ways of discharge: pressurized discharge and artesian discharge. A float ball device is installed in the tank, which can play a certain early warning role in preventing the overflow of excrement.

2.1 This vehicle is mainly composed of chassis, tank assembly, left and right hose box, gas system, hydraulic system, suction device, discharge valve, frame tank body (optional assembly of some models) and so on.
2.2The main components of the gas system are: anti-overflow device, four-way valve, crude oil and gas separator, oil and gas separator, water and gas separator, vacuum pump and lubrication system, deodorizer (optional assembly of some models).
2.3The discharge valve is DN150 ball valve, optional additional reducer or electric actuator. and the optional discharge valve is quick opening valve (Type A, Type B), or ball valve (type D, DN100/DN150), etc.
2.4 Equiped with a rocker arrangement, and the length of suction hose is 5m.
3.Main features
3.1 The liquid tank is welded of 5mm steel plate. The cross section of the tank is ellipse. There are reinforcement rings and anti-wave plates welded in the tank to strengthen the stiffness of the tank and reduce the impact of liquid in the tank on the tank bottom during driving. The inner surface of the tank is coated with EPSP403 solvent-free epoxy phenolic paint, which has excellent anti-corrosion performance.
3.2 The rotary vane vacuum pump, imported from Japan, has the advantages of small noise, large suction, low fuel consumption and long service life.
3.3 The anti-overflow device in the gas system can prevent sewage from entering the gas circuit due to full suction and damage to the vacuum pump system.
3.4 The crude oil and gas separator, oil and gas separator and water and gas separator in the gas system realize secondary separation to ensure the thorough separation of oil and gas, water and gas in the pipeline and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle.
