Why does the lithium battery forklift look like a diesel forklift?
Please let me explain to you:
The weight of the traditional Lead acid battery 3 ton electric forklift is about 5 tons.
The weight of the 3 ton diesel forklift is about 4.2 ton.
This means that the electric forklift has an additional 800 kg load than the diesel forklift.
If we reduce the weight of the electric forklift to about 4.2 tons, the use time of the forklift will increase with the same battery and motor,right?
For lead-acid battery forklift, this cannot be achieved because the battery volume is too large.
For lithium batteries, this is OK, So we have made some changes.
In this way, the weight of the electric forklift is reduced, and the battery utilization is increased.
We used the body structure of the diesel forklift truck, but replaced it with an electric forklift.

1.The ground clearance is higher than that of traditional electric forklift.
2.For traditional electric forklift, hydraulic oil tank next to battery box,When working, the hydraulic oil temperature is very high, which will affect the service life of the battery. Now for the new structure, there is a gap between the battery and the hydraulic oil tank. Good heat dissipation is conducive to the operation of the battery.
3.The forklift body structure is stable, and the accessories are universal for easy maintenance.
4.The lithium battery is maintenance free, and no liquid or gas overflow during charging.
5.The service life of lithium battery is five times that of lead-acid battery.
