Civil engineering technical requirements:
1. The power supply voltage fluctuation should be within the range of ±7%.
2. The temperature of the hoistway and machine room should be between 5 and 40°C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 85% at 25°C.
3. Each elevator in the machine room should be equipped with a main power switch to cut off the elevator. The main power switch should be installed on the wall 1.3-1.5m away from the ground at the entrance of the machine room. If several elevators share the same machine room, the main power switch control mechanism of each elevator should be easy to identify (provided by the supplier).
4. The computer room should be equipped with fixed electrical lighting, and the illuminance on the floor surface should not be less than 200lx.
5. The power supply (three-phase five-wire) and lighting power supply should be provided by the user, and should be separated, and the cables should be laid to a 1.4m-high position on the wall next to the door of the computer room through the wire trough or wire pipe respectively.
6. The specified horizontal dimension of the elevator shaft is the minimum clearance dimension measured with a plumb bob.
The allowable deviation value is:
When the height of the elevator shaft is not more than 30m, the allowable deviation value is 0~+25mm;
When the height of the elevator shaft is not more than 50m, the allowable deviation value is 0~+35mm;
When the height of the elevator shaft is not more than 80m, the allowable deviation value is 0~+50mm.
7. The hoistway should be dedicated to the elevator, and no equipment, cables, etc. unrelated to the elevator shall be installed in the hoistway.
8. The elevator shaft should be of reinforced concrete structure. If it is a brick wall structure, reinforced concrete ring beams should be arranged.
The ring beam layout requirements are as follows:
A reinforced concrete ring beam shall be arranged above the landing door opening of each elevator stop, and the height of the ring beam shall be at least 300mm; reinforced concrete ring beams shall be arranged on the other three sides except the doorway side, the spacing between the ring beams is 2000mm, and one ring beam shall be arranged at each 500mm distance from the top and bottom of the shaft, and the height dimension of each ring beam shall be at least 250mm.
9. When the distance between two adjacent door sills exceeds 11m, a safety door should be set between them and the user should take care of them; to ensure that the distance between adjacent sills does not exceed 11m.
10. The following requirements should be met when using expansion bolts to install the elevator guide rail bracket: the concrete wall should be firm and strong, and its compressive strength should not be less than 24MPa; the thickness of the concrete wall should be more than 120mm.
