1. How long can I get the feedbacks after we sent the inquiry?
A: We'll reply you within 12 hours in working day.
2.Are you a direct manufacturer or trading company?
A: We're direct manufacturer.
3.What's the payment term?
A: For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against copy of documents. The most common way is by T/T and LC at sight
4. How to guarantee the quality and after-sales service of your goods?
A: 1. Strict detection during production.
2. Strict sampling inspection on products before shipment and intact product packaging are ensured.
3. Follow up and adopt customers' feedbacks in a timely manner after sales.
5. Is the sample available?
A:We send the samples by TNT, DHL, FEDEX or UPS, it'll take arround 3 or 4 working days to receive them, customers will charge all the cost related to the samples, such as sample cost and airmail freight.
