European Supermarket Multi-Layer Foldable Nesting Mesh Roll Container Trolleys
This trolley is consist of two side doors, back frame, base plate, base and trundles. The base frame is of 50×30×2.0mm high quality carbon steel pipe, the base plate is round steel frame with the diameter of 12 milimeters, inner is round steel tiepiece with the diameter of 6 milimeters. The bottom is equipped with two fixed caster and two universal caster which with the brake wheels. The two side doors and the back frame is made by bended Φ20 round pipe. The base plate can be fastened to the two side doors after laying down which ensure the stability of the trolley.

01 This roll container is mainly used for goods turnover in warehouses, workshops, factories and large shopping malls, as well as recyclable on-board delivery between different regions.
02 The base is designed to A frame, and the base is fastened to tho the side doors while in usage. This design makes the trolley has stable structure and good carring capacity.
03 The roll container is nestable when it is empty folded. The folded space occupies only 30% of the space when it is unrolled, which is convenient for transportation.
04 The trolley stands firmly after folding and does not affect pushing when single or multiple stacks
05 Interlayer can ba added if the goods afraid of pressure.Both the interlayer and the base plate can use steel plate structure.
06 A front door can be added for goods which may have the risk of falling down.
