1 Q: Are you a factory or a trading?
A: We are manufactuer with over than 12 years of experience in different kinds of pu foam wheels and rubber wheels.
2 Q: What is the payment terms?MOQ and Delivery?
A: 30% T/T advance payment, 70% T/T before delivery. Or 100% L/C at sight.Our MOQ general 500pcs.but trial order acceptable mixed. Our delivery time general is within 25days after receiving 30%down Payment,if you have special request,you can check with me about exact date.
3 Q: How does your factory do regarding control?
A: Professional making process. Our workers have many years experience to produce wheels. All of our products have the CE certification.
4 Q: Can you provide sample for free?
A: Yes,we can provide sample for free but we can't pay the freight cost.
