The Comet ST Electric Cruiser Bike combines comfort with e-bike power for an awesome ride. Every ride is a chilled out and relaxed when it's powered by the 250W Rear Hub Bafang Motor which is a pedal assist design, meaning that when you pedal it will boost your speed up to 25 km/h for an easy ride. The 10.4ah Samsung Battery is almost hidden on the rear rack for convenience and allows the frame to keep that clean and natural look. The alloy frame is light and tough, designed with a geometry that puts you in an upright position which is relaxed and gives you a good line of sight while you ride.

The 1x7 Shimano Tourney drivetrain with RevoShift Shifters give you clean and efficient shifting to minimise any hassle. While the V-Brakes are simple and built to get the job done, giving you reliable stopping power as you roll on the 700x35c tyres and double wall alloy rims. This bike is finished off with a convenient kickstand, mudguard and rear rack colour matched to the Comet so that this bike can be anything you want. The Pedal Comet is a relaxed electric cruiser bike that is packed with value, giving you a reliable electric bike which is big on comfort and fun.

As a new milestone of Kooryi International, The Anhui Hong Sheng Bicycle is setup in the middle of China for bicycle, E-bike and scooter production and developing.

We have the advanced management experience on welding, painting, assembling and tube processing.

In 24000 square meter facility, we create many inconceivable miracles with 260 employees, achieve 28 million US dollar annual sales and implement Amoeba operating.

In welding facility, we have 3 welding lines for bicycle and ebike frame welding. We follow the goods quality traceability system for each frame from our production line.

All the new design frames will be tested by ISO4210 fatigue testing by our QC department before mass production. Even we have more than 300 new frame development each year, we follow this requirement tightly.

We have over 4200 frames welding capacity everyday included MTB frame, beach cruiser frame, Ebike frames and scooter frame. We also export frames to support global assembling.

In painting facility, we have 4 liquid painting line and 1 powder painting line. The painting line service internal production for assemble facility, we also offer OEM and DIY service for some brands such as  Merida and Electra.

We have ability to paint transparent, metallic, pearlized and Neon paint. The paint hardness, glossiness and details can be the world class level.

In assembling facility, we have 3 engineers for workers training, new products development and quality management. We can assemble 250 ebike or 1500 bicycles per day by 49 workers. We pursue Art Of Assembly to focus on all the details such as quality requirement, product stabilization and customer experience.

When you ride our bicycles or ebikes, you can feel the reasonable geometry design and trustable quality. The quality is the most important part in our daily management. The quality decides how long we can service for our customers.

We also follow the social compliance on the environmental protection with standard water purifying. ISO45001 is using on the management of labor protection supplies. The occupational disease doesn't happen in our factory.

We plan to have the school in next 3-5 years for worker's children education. We have professional financial system to stimulate the employee and management team. We are using local worker for major production process. Our customers never worry on our production capacity especially for long holidays such as Chinese New Year.
