Q4: What is your terms of payment ?
CHAORUI: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

CHAORUI:Yes,sample order is accepted. You can place a trail order to evaluate the product quality and fabrication skill first.

CHAORUI:Yes, customized order is accepted.we are the ODM and OEM company.we can make the product accroding to your requirement.

A. The products in warranty. Please send us the photos or videos about it. If it is our
quality problem, we will compensate you with good products or money as your prefer.
B. The products out of warranty. We will not compensate you but would like to give you
technical support.
