A: Our frame material is made of very light but very strong aluminum alloy 6061 series. It will not rust.

A: Our lithium ion battery can last about 1200 cycles,i.e. the working life is about 1200 days.
Q: What if the battery runs out? Where can I get one?
A: Please contact us to buy repair parts when the battery is used up.
Q: How long does it take to charge? How many kilometers on a single charge?
A: It can be fully charged in 4-6 hours. It can run about 45 kilometers with pure foot power and about 18 kilometers with pure handle power.
Q: What is the maximum speed?
A: Different countries have different requirements. By default, our factory maximum speed is 25km/h, which is the European standard.
