XY-4 drilling rig is the first generation vertical shaft diamond rig in China. It has advanced design, reasonable layout,
compact structure, flexible operation, sturdy and durable, good disassembly, easy to move and repair. Won the National
Quality Silver Award in 1983. It is mainly used for diamond and cemented carbide drilling of solid deposits on the ground
surface and tunnels. It can be used for engineering geological surveys, shallow oil, natural gas, underground water drilling,
and engineering hole drilling such as dam grouting and tunnel drainage.
Compared with general hydraulic drills, XY-4 drills have the following characteristics:
1. The drilling rig has a higher speed and a more reasonable speed range, with more speed stages and large low-speed
torque. It is suitable for small-diameter diamond core drilling, and can also meet the requirements of large-diameter hard
alloy core drilling and various engineering drilling. .
2. The rig is light in weight and easy to disassemble.
3. The structure is simple and the layout is reasonable. All parts are exposed and do not overlap each other, which is
convenient for maintenance, repair and repair.
4. The rig has two reversing speeds, and the labor intensity is small and safe when handling accidents.
5. The rig is moving smoothly and firmly, the rig is firm, the rig frame is sturdy, the center of gravity is bottom, and the stability
is good when drilling at high speed.
6. Equipped with enough instruments to help grasp the situation in the hole, fewer operating handles, more reasonable layout,
flexible and reliable operation.
7. The drilling rig and the mud pump are driven by a single machine, and the airport layout is more flexible, which can
reduce the airport area.
