FAQ

Q1. What is your terms of payment?
A: The payment method is T/T and L/C. As T/T, Generally, we accept 30% as deposit, 50% for producing, and pay off the balance before shipping

Q2. What is your terms of trade?
A: FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q3. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 90 to 120 days for 8-18m Passenger boat, for Panga boat is 40-50days and small Runabout with small quantity is at least 3 months. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q4. Can you produce according to our drawing?
A: Yes, we accept customized products, we can produce it according to your technical drawings.

Q5. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we will test all the product before delivery.

Q6. What's your MOQ?
A: Generally is 1 set, but for some small boat is 4-5 set.

Q7. What's your warranty?
A:We provide one year warranty for boat hull.
