3) Crane operation
1: Crane deployment steps
1. Retract the second luffing cylinder to the bottom;
2. Retract the telescopic oil cylinder to the bottom;
3. Raise the first luffing cylinder to 1/3 of the stroke, then rotate the crane to the direction to work, extend the second luffing and telescopic cylinder, and then it can work normally.
2: Folding steps of crane
1. Retract the telescopic oil cylinder to the bottom;
2. One luffing extends to 1/2 of the stroke;
3. Second, the luffing retracts to the end;
4. Rotate the turntable to the place where it needs to stop;
5. Shrink one luffing to the end.
3: Precautions for operation
1. The load can only be lifted vertically, and it is not allowed to drag the load that has not been lifted off the ground. Side loads should be avoided;
2. Slowly pull the control lever when starting and stopping the operation.
4) Crane Maintenance precautions
1. Slewing ring
1. The mounting bolts of slewing ring are grade 12.9 and cannot be replaced by ordinary bolts;
2. The pre tightening torque of the bolt is 900-1000n M. After the slewing ring operates for 100 hours, it is necessary to comprehensively check the pre tightening force of the bolt, and then check it every 500 hours. Under normal working conditions, it should be lubricated every 100 hours. Inject calcium base grease (ZG-3) from the oil injection hole. Pay attention to the changes of noise and resistance during use. If there are abnormal phenomena such as stagnation, it should be removed and inspected immediately.
2. Hook
1. Repair welding is not allowed for the defects of the hook;
2. In case of plastic deformation of dangerous sections such as coupler tail and thread, the hook shall be scrapped. When the wear of dangerous sections reaches 10% of the original section, and when the wear of sections at the lanyard reaches 5% of the original section, the hook shall be scrapped;
3. The plane bearing of the hook shall be lubricated before each shift.
3. Lubrication of telescopic rod guide plate
1. There are nylon guide plates at the top and bottom of the telescopic rod. Observe according to the working intensity, and always keep the oil state on the guide plate. If there is no oil, add grease immediately.
4. Pin shaft
1. Grease fittings are set at the rotation of each pin shaft, and oil is injected every 50 hours.
It is hinged by telescopic arm, basic arm, column and two luffing cylinders. When the pressure oil enters the first luffing cylinder through the reversing valve, the basic arm is opened; When the pressure oil enters the second luffing cylinder through the reversing valve, the telescopic arm opens; 5t20m folding boom crane can lift or lower heavy objects through luffing movement; When the pressure oil enters the telescopic oil cylinder through the reversing valve, the telescopic boom extends in sequence, and the 5t20m folding boom crane can place the heavy objects at the desired destination through telescopic movement.
The slewing mechanism is composed of hydraulic motor, reducer and slewing bearing. Operate the return change-over valve to make the pressure oil enter the rotary hydraulic motor through the change-over valve. The pressure oil drives the hydraulic motor to drive the rotary bearing for rotary motion, and the rotary bearing drives the crane for rotary motion. The positive and negative rotation of the hydraulic motor realizes the positive and negative rotation of the crane, so the rotary table is rotated through the hydraulic control valve.
