Inflator for Inflatable Life Jacket
Auto inflator is a inflation device that is attached to the air chamber of lifejacket, it can be automatic inflated the chamber when immerse into water. It have a water sensitive bobbin inside, and when the bobbin contact with water, it will be release the spring, and the spring will puncture the pierce pin, the pin will pierce the CO2 cylinder then inflate the chamber within 5 second. The automatic inflator can be reuse after one inflation by change the inside bobbin & indication clip only.

In order for an automatic inflator to work, three conditions must be met:
a. Firstly the Co2 cylinder must be correctly inserted and tightened. (This is a daily check in all manuals)
b.Secondly the Co2 cylinder must be full and of the correct type. (All Co2 cylinders are not the same, there are instances where certain co2 canisters with the correct thread will not fire on certain inflators, always check with your supplier, your life may depend upon it.)
c.Lastly A bobbin pill must be inserted into the inflator as per the manufacturers instructions. Bobbins should be replaced according to age and use.
