SOLAS Standard EC Approved Marine Self-Righting Inflatable Liferaft
They are equipped with all the necessary survival equipment such as food, water, first aid kit, signaling devices, and navigation tools.
Liferafts are designed to be self-righting and self-bailing, which means they can turn upright from an inverted position and drain water automatically.
The capacity of a liferaft is determined by the number of people it can accommodate, and it is regulated by international laws and standards. Liferafts are mandatory safety equipment on all ships and aircraft carrying passengers and crew.

1. Application of SOLAS Approved Marine Inflatable Life Rafts / Self-righting Inflatable Life Raft
Z type self-righting inflatable life raft is apllicable for installing ships on category I voyage area(international voyages).

Z type self-righting inflatable life raft is in accordance with SOLAS(74/96), MSC. 81(70), MSC. 218(82) and LSA, etc.
3. Inflation method of SOLAS Approved Marine Inflatable Life Rafts / Self-righting Inflatable Life Raft
After throw-over from ship, the life-raft can be inflated and opened automatically. If the ship sinks very fast and the life-raft cann't be thrown-over, the raft still can float up from water under the action of Hidrostatic Release Unit which can be inflated and opened automatically.

The installation height is 18-36m from water surface.
