The Davit confirms to the requirement of the Amendments to SOLAS 1996-MSC 47(66), International LSA Code, MSC 48(66), IMO resolution MSC81(70) and etc.
Features--Features of a single-arm davit include a telescopic arm, a winch for raising and lowering objects, and a base for mounting the davit to the ship's deck.
--The arms are adjustable to reach different depths and can extend outward and then retract to lift and lower objects.
--Winch is used to control the speed of lifting or lowering process.
--The base then provides the necessary support to hold the davit in place.
--Davits are also used to support the weight of an object as it is raised or lowered.
