Product Description:
Cutter suction dredgers, characterized by strong geographical environment adaptability, a simple structure, easy maintenance, reliable performance, long service life, low costs and large workload (1,000 to 4,000 cubic meters per day) are ideal choice for sand field and river sand mining. It can also be used in salt mining in salt lakes, offshore and river dredging, hard riverbed mining, waterway improvement and development. Dug sand after screening and separation is pure and inclusion-free, which is a ideal choice for the building industry.
Used for river silt cleaning, sand production and mining project.
Suitable for heavy duty operation in tropical climate and sheltered waters.
The complete dredger consists of one main pontoon and four side pontoons. The side pontoons are mounted to the main pontoon using heavy duty steel eyes and pins at the bottom of the hull with bolt connection at deck level.
Cutter suction dredgers can be installed with ore dressing equipment to extract gold, iron ore and other minerals, featuring a high degree of automation, high extraction accuracy and large processing capacity. It leads the industry both at home and abroad.

Cutter Suction Dredger of steel construction, dismountable type, is able to berth and dredge at water both in the coastal area and inland rivers.The dredger can be used to excavate and transport cohesive sediment below the class III specified in code for dredging engineering construciton technique issued by Ministry of Water Resources(MWR) of P.R.China.
It's hull consiss of a main pontoon and two side pontoons which is easy to dismantle or mount for transportation by road,rail or water and easy to ressemble at project site.
The dredger is powered by diesel engines.The main diesel engine driven the dredge pump and auxiliary engine drives hydraulic system including cutter,swing winches,ladder winch and the spud rams etc.
The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed with 360 degree view.All the operation buttons,swift,indicators and gauges are equipped on the control desk.Only two person can operate the dredger in operation room.
The dredger is painted by 4 layers of marine paint to protect from the corrosion.The Zinc anode can be used to give better anti-corrosion function.
